Welcome to Moments That Stick! By placing an order, you agree to the following terms—crafted to keep things smooth, respectful, and full of good vibes.

🛍️ Custom Orders

All products are handmade and often customized just for you! Please double-check all personalization details before submitting your order. I’m not responsible for typos or info submitted incorrectly.

⏱️ Processing Time

Orders typically take 3–5 business days to process before shipping. I’ll always let you know if there’s an unexpected delay.

💌 Shipping

Packages are shipped via USPS with tracking. I do my best to make sure your order gets to you safely, but once it leaves my hands, I can't be responsible for delays, damage, or loss during transit. Please see the full Shipping Policy for details.

🔁 Returns & Fixes

Because everything is made-to-order, returns and exchanges are not accepted. If something’s off, you have 2 days from delivery to contact me with photos and a description of the issue so I can make it right. More details in the [Return Policy].

💬 Respect & Boundaries

This is a solo-run, heart-first business. I deeply value kind communication. Bullying, harassment, or inappropriate behavior won’t be tolerated.

📸 Content Sharing I love showing off my creations, and every order has a chance of being featured on social media or used as a product example (always without personal info). If you'd prefer your items not be posted, just let me know before your order ships by submitting a request through the contact form and including your order number. Otherwise, I may share the good vibes!
