📦 Processing Time All items are made to order with care and creativity. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed before it ships out. During busy times or event weeks, I’ll keep you updated if there’s a slight delay.

📬 Shipping Methods I ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail (based on weight). You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way 📫

⏳ Delivery Time Most packages arrive within 2–7 business days after shipping, depending on your location. I can’t guarantee exact delivery dates once it’s with the carrier, but I’ll always ship as quickly as I can!

💌 Local Pickup (Pittsburgh Only) Live nearby? Choose “Local Pickup” at checkout and I’ll reach out to arrange a time that works. I love meeting my local customers 💛

🚨 Lost or Delayed Mail Once your order is with USPS, it’s in their hands. If your package seems delayed, please first check the tracking info. Still stuck? Message me and I’ll help however I can!
