Because every item is handmade just for you, I don’t accept returns or exchanges. That said, I want you to love your order—so here’s the deal:

📬 Noticed an issue? You’ve got 2 days from the postmarked delivery date to reach out. If there’s a mistake on my end (oops!), I’ll happily make it right.

📸 To help me fix it fast, please send a clear photo of the item and describe the issue. I may ask for it back depending on the situation.

⏳ After 2 days, I can’t offer replacements or fixes—since every piece is made-to-order just for you.
